Montana Stump Grinding is a tree stump removal service for both residential and commercial customers. We use a large stump grinding machine to remove the tree trunk below ground level to make way for a landscaping area.

Stump removal costs can be estimated by measuring the stump (from the base of the visible root system) then multiplying the inches by $9.00. This will give you a ballpark figure of the cost. However, this is not a concrete cost until the site can be personally inspected.

Grinding chips will be raked into a clean pile in the hole where the stump was ground (ground chips can be hauled or bagged for an additional charge).
